5. Delivery Issues & Returns
🔹 If delivery is delayed due to carrier or customs issues, LUXE AVENUE LTD will assist in resolving the problem but is not liable for losses caused by delays.
🔹 If goods are delivered incorrectly due to an error by LUXE AVENUE LTD, the company covers return shipping and replacement costs.
🔹 If the client provides incorrect delivery details, they are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
6. Force Majeure Clause
LUXE AVENUE LTD is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
